Part of a 4-week yoga program running Wednesday nights from June 4, 2025 - June 5, 2025. We take July & August off from doing Yoga at the VFW, so this will be the last opportunity until we’re back in for the fall in September!
All sessions will be 60 minutes long.
Yoga is proven to be good for the mind and body. Try something with benefits for your mental and physical health. The longer you wait, the stiffer you’ll get.
Cost: $30 for the entire program. Walk-ins welcome anytime for $10 per session.
What should I bring:
Yoga mat*
Two Yoga blocks*
Water bottle (optional)
Wear loose clothing
